You’ll be filmed during presentation simulations, so that you can step back and see yourself in action. Together with Vanessa, you’ll decode verbal / nonverbal, work on your posture, voice, breathing and diction. Finally,  the emotional aspect is discussed so that the speaker inside you can find his own resources and can express himself fully, serenely and effectively.
Sessions of 1h or 1h30 according to your availability, every Monday, between 9am and 3pm.

Vanessa discovered theatrical improvisation in Brussels in 2010 ande experienced its benefits, both personally and professionally: being more comfortable speaking, letting go to reduce stress, improving relationships through notions such as listening, co-creativity or acceptance; learning to bounce back from the unexpected to seize opportunities and use humor to defuse conflict. After a few years of practice, she decided to make a job of it.

Zen Shiatsu massage

Zen Shiatsu is a Japanese therapy in which hand pressure is applied to certain points on the body to work on the body energy (Qi/Meridians). It is appropriate for all ages and body types and is performed fully clothed.
Full-body stretches are also used to release areas of chronic stagnation and blockage.

Usually the practitioner will begin and end the session with hara (abdominal) diagnosis. All of the twelve meridians pass through the abdomen providing an ideal place to assess the energy of the whole body. Using both hands, the practitioner will gently touch the hara to get a sense of the meridians that are most kyo (deficient) and most jitsu (excessive). With this information, the practitioner can provide a treatment that is best suited for your needs.

The practitioner may use palms, fingers, or thumbs to treat the meridans. He will use leverage and his body weight rather than muscle strength to control the amount of pressure. This is safer for both the receiver and the practitioner and allows for a range of pressure from very light to very deep based on the receiver’s needs and preferences.

Yaor is passionate about expanding his knowledge and experience. Besides being certified in Zen Shiatsu Therapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine (Qi Gong), He studied as well Aromatherapy, Bach Flower Remedies, Thai Yoga massage, Ayurveda & herbs.

Chi Nei Tsang, or CNT, is an ancient form of detoxifying, energizing, abdominal massage. It blends Chinese and Thai massage and meditation techniques, in order to “train” the internal abdominal organs to work more efficiently, which helps improve physical and emotional health, making it truly different from any other healing modality.

Its powerful techniques are applied over the navel and surrounding abdominal area where stress, tensions and negative emotions accumulate over the years. During the session you will be lying on a table. The abdominal area is uncovered, as the massage is given directly on the skin, using oil when needed.
